What is the difference between unmounted and mounted stamps?
|

Mounted stamps are fully assembled and ready to use. They contain a wood block,
foam cushion, rubber die and are indexed (aka "labelled").
Unmounted stamps are simply the rubber die. This option requires assembly and
additional materials before you can use the stamp.

Where can I buy your stamps locally?

At this time, our stamps are only available through this website or
at select local stamp conventions.
Please contact us for further information about carrying our products in your store.

Are you an Angel Company?

All of the designs featured in our catalog are copyrighted by Stampola.com and
the many artists noted. Stampola.com is proud to be an "angel" company, and we
encourage the use of our products in crafts made by the consumer and by the
professional crafter. Do keep in mind that only "hand stamping" applies; the reproduction of our
images via electronic or mechanical form is prohibited.

Do you have a Print Catalog?

At this time we have a set of flyers and an an order form.
The flyers are free, but postage is not. If you would like us to send you the flyers, please send a Long Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (LSASE) with enough postage for
a standard letter to reach you from the United States. If you place an order you will receive our set of flyers and order form in your package.

What types of materials are used to make your stamps?
|

We use the dark red, moist type rubber, deeply etched. It is the highest quality
you can pretty much find. For wood mounts, we use only real hardwood maple, free
of discolorations or blemishes. Our foam cushion is 1/8" thick black cushion, not 1/16"
inch thick like you may find elsewhere. Our stamps are hand indexed with Hi Density
professional grade black ink. We are confident that you'll be impressed.

How soon will my order generally ship?
|

Your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days of it being placed. During big sales or promotions it
can sometimes take 5 business days before your order ships. That is unusual though. If there are
issues with any items you will be notified immediately. You will not be charged
shipping for items that are backordered - but please know that we will try our
very best to avoid backordered items or making you wait for your purchases.

How can I check on the status of my order?

If I order online, how can I be sure my credit card information is secure?
|

The area of the Stampola.com website that accepts your credit card number
operates within 128 bit encryption provided by our webhost (
HostMySite) and a Security Certificate provided by
Thawte. Being that the security is provided by our webhost, the URL should read
"https://www13.safesecureweb.com/stampola/secure/...". Note that the URL begins with "https" instead of "http",
and a lock symbol should appear somewhere in the bottom portion of your browser to indicate that the transaction
is secure.

What Credit Cards do you accept?

We only accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express, Discover
or any other type of Credit Card.

Do you accept Paypal, BillPoint or C2It?

No. Sorry, we do not accept payment through these services.

How can I order from you if I do not want to order online?
|

You can use the printable order form and either fax or mail it.
For freight, please refer to the shipping rates page. If you mail us your order
you can enclose a check, money order or cashier's check. You can also email us your order by simply including the items you would like in an email and
including your telephone number for us to call you to get your credit card information (please -
DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD info as email is NOT secure).

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days for merchandise that is UNUSED or defective.
Simply notify us either via email or phone that you will be sending the item, and mail it back to us.
We will exchange it, or provide a full refund for the purchase price.
